These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jbajje ("jbajje", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the jbajje platform, accessible at jbajje.app, including all games, betting markets, account services, bonus programmes, payment processing, and any related services offered by jbajje from time to time.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using jbajje in any capacity, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jbajje platform.

To open and maintain a jbajje account and to use any of the services offered on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

When registering an account with jbajje, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. jbajje is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jbajje support immediately at [email protected].

jbajje reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility requirements above are not met, or that the account is being used for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose.

jbajje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

jbajje offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, game eligibility, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following cards summarise the most important obligations and protections under these Terms.

All games and betting markets available on jbajje are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, together with the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any inconsistency, the game-specific rules take precedence for the game to which they relate.

All wagers are placed at your own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed and the game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Results determined by a certified RNG or by a live dealer are final. jbajje will not reverse game outcomes except where a verifiable technical malfunction has been confirmed by our technical team.

In the event of a technical fault, network disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round, the affected round will either be completed using the last recorded game state or voided and the wager refunded, at jbajje's sole discretion. jbajje is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues outside its direct control, including but not limited to failures on the player's device, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment provider outages.

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sporting body. jbajje reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match fixing, corrupt activity, or where the relevant event has been abandoned or has not been completed within the timeframe stipulated in the market rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jbajje platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in circumstances where the funds were legitimately used on the platform.

Players are encouraged to set personal limits before they begin playing and to review those limits regularly.

Tools available to all jbajje account holders include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and remain in place for the minimum period selected by the player.

All content on the jbajje platform — including but not limited to the jbajje name, logo, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of jbajje or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jbajje content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jbajje, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

jbajje provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular game will be available at any particular time.

In no event shall jbajje's total aggregate liability to any single player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the jbajje platform, you must first contact jbajje support at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in reasonable detail. jbajje will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within 20 business days, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. jbajje values its relationship with every player and will make every reasonable effort to reach a fair and prompt resolution.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jbajje operates as a platform for players in Bangladesh and takes its obligations to Bangladesh-based users seriously.

jbajje collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jbajje.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account with jbajje, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jbajje implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

jbajje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted at jbajje.app/terms-conditions and will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Where changes are material, jbajje will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via account notifications or email.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the rest of the agreement.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jbajje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
